Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days Monday – Friday. If you place an order in the afternoon on Friday, chances are it will be shipped out on Monday. Same thing applies for orders placed on Saturday/Sunday (depending on how many orders there are, the orders over the weekend may go out later). We always work on orders in the order they are received. The order will be dropped off at our shipping location by 5pm and will be delivered within 2-5 business days. Tracking information is provided by Stamps.com (check spam). We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong address. If you put the wrong shipping address and your order is shipped to that address, we will not process a refund or an exchange. Please understand we can not be responsible for these kinds of issues.
Tracking number is always provided by the shipping carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated once shipped.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on a flat rate. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Customer is responsible for all taxes.
If an item goes on back order or is out of stock, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and refund you the difference for the missing product(s).
